Essays on trans, intersex, cis and other persons and topics from a trans perspective.......All human life is here.
This site is the most comprehensive on the web devoted to trans history and biography. Well over 1400 persons worthy of note, both famous and obscure, are discussed in detail, and many more are mentioned in passing.
There is a detailed Index arranged by vocation, doctor, activist group etc. There is also a Place Index arranged by City etc. This is still evolving.
In addition to this most articles have one or more labels at the bottom. Click one to go to similar persons. There is a full list of labels at the bottom of the right-hand sidebar. There is also a search box at the top left. Enjoy exploring!

I forgot to mention the total ignoring of Della Aleksander who with her wife visited Wilson in Cornwall. See the second comment by Stephen Whittle.
A few other gripes about Lachman's book. Whenever he gives an amount in pounds, he gives a US$ equivalent. Never a good idea as exchange rates are constantly changing - also it implies that US readers, unlike French or Australian, cannot deal with pounds themselves. After discussing loads of obscure writers, Lachman comes to Prime Minister Thatcher, and feeling that US readers would never have heard of her, describes her as "the UK's Ronald Reagan". !!! Weird.
Then there is the Index which contains only other writers. It does not contain Wilson, his many books or his concepts, and so is quite useless to look for a specific book or topic by Wilson.
